XP Boost Elixir
Out-of-battle XP
Lucky Egg's bigger cousin: a single elixir use boosts XP gain *for everyone on the server* for thirty minutes, broadcast via boss-bar so the whole server knows who started the ride. Cannot be activated within 30 minutes of the daily restart — the elixir refuses to start a buff window that wouldn't finish before the server reset.
