Multiplies Water-type move power by 1.2× (+20%); changes Arceus's type to Water via Multitype.

One of the seventeen elemental Plates. Held by Arceus, the Splash Plate switches its type to Water. Held by anything else, it boosts Water-type moves by ×1.2 — same numbers as the standard type-boosters, just packaged as a stone tablet.
