Leftovers
Recovery & passive HP
The default tank item: passive recovery on every Pokémon, every turn, no setup. Stacks neatly with Toxic stalling, Substitute chip, and weather-damage offsets. Black Sludge does the same thing for Poison types (and damages every other holder), but Leftovers is universal.
