Multiplies Ground-type move power by 1.2× (+20%); changes Arceus's type to Ground via Multitype.

One of the seventeen elemental Plates. Held by Arceus, the Earth Plate switches its type to Ground. Held by anything else, it boosts Ground-type moves by ×1.2 — same numbers as the standard type-boosters, just packaged as a stone tablet.
