Chilan Berry cuts the damage of a single super-effective Normal-type hit in half, then is consumed. Most useful on Pokémon with a 4× weakness to Normal (Earth-type berries on Steel + Rock holders, etc.) where halving the damage can flip a one-shot into a two-shot.
