Caves and Bridges
Player-specific spawn pockets that override the regional pool inside named caves and on named bridges
Certain caves and bridges across the world have their own wild-spawn pool that overrides the standard regional encounter table. The trigger is per player, not shared — your spawns are yours alone, rolled from your steps and a short timer rather than the global region clock.
How they work
- Walking around inside one of these zones rolls your personal spawn timer. Crossing the 150-step threshold or standing in the zone for two minutes triggers a roll, whichever happens first.
- A successful spawn appears 2 to 5 blocks from where you’re standing.
- The pool replaces (not stacks with) the area’s normal regional spawns while you’re inside. Step out and you go back to the region’s default encounter list.
- Two of the caves split their pool by terrain — a species marked (Water) only rolls when you’re standing in water, and (Air) only on dry ground. The cave’s wet and dry sections both feed the same overall pool.
Spawn rarities below follow the wiki’s standard tiers (no per-rate percentages, by convention):
- Common — the species you’ll see most often.
- Uncommon — regular but slower to encounter.
- Rare — uncommon visitors; expect to walk a while.
- Ultra-Rare — single-digit chance per roll; trophy spawns.
